The Pastoral Relations Process is changing in 2019. There will be a new website for ministers and churches, and new ways to search for and build dynamic and vital pastoral relationships.  The online search tool of Toronto Conference will be phased out and replaced by a new national Pastoral Relations Hub on January 1, 2019.

On October 1, 2018, there is a webinar “What You Need to Know About Pastoral Relations Right Now“,  an opportunity for your Community of Faith to learn about the new national Hub and prepare to use it after January 1.

Who should attend?

  • Lay leaders of congregations who are currently in the midst of a needs assessment or search, or who may begin one sometime this Fall
  • Ministers who are currently in the midst of a needs assessment or search, or who are seeking information about how to manage the procedural transitions
  • Members of Presbytery Pastoral Relations Committees and/or Conference Settlement Committees who are currently working with Joint Search Committees
  • Anyone else who’s curious!

Register on the United in Learning website

Toronto Conference staff are committed to helping your Community of Faith through this time of transition. If you have any concerns, please contact your staff person:
