Please determine which meals you wish to purchase. Meals can be purchased in the on-line registration process, or cheques are made payable to “Toronto Conference.”

Deadline for purchasing meals is May 8, 2017. You cannot purchase meal tickets at the annual meeting and there will be no refunds after May 8, 2017. Breakfast is not being offered. Space is limited so make sure you register early.

Refreshments will be provided during breaks. Please note that bottled water is not permitted at the annual meeting.


There is no cost for registration or Youth at Conference.

The cost of meals remains the same as last year: $15 for lunch and $25 for dinner.  

Travel Allowance – $0.41 per kilometer. If you are Ministry Personnel that currently receive a travel allowance you will not be reimbursed for your travel to the Toronto Conference Annual Meeting. Download the  AGM Travel Expense Form
